All invoices must:
- be submitted within 14 days of completed work.
- have accurate street address, street name spelled correctly, correct unit number (wrong address, invoice will not be paid)
- have the correct PropM Work Order # (Work Order#12345-1)
- include Date Serviced was performed.
- detailed professional description of work performed.
- typed, no handwritten invoice will be accepted.
Your Work:
- Invoices not received within 60 days of completion will not be paid, non negotiable.
- All work must be high quality, guaranteed and warrantied!
- Be flexible, willing to work overtime hours, weekends as emergency requests as needed.
- Communication is Key! We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
- Must inform us of when your work order is scheduled and completed. Non negotiable.
Forms Needed:
- W9 Form
- Certificate of Liability Insurance showing PropM, Inc as additionally insured. PropM, Inc address: 18676 Willamette Drive Suite 100, West Linn Oregon 97068
- Proof of Workmans Comp or Workman's Comp Exemption
- Copy of Business License
- Contact First and Last Name
- Contact Phone Number and Email Address
- Pay the $250 Onboarding / Set Up fee before we can add you to our Vendor List. Payments need to be made out to PropM, Inc. They can be mailed or dropped off at our office – 18676 Willamette Drive Suite 100 West Linn, Oregon 97068
